Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. We offer exchanges or online store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note, items purchased during flash sale events and promotions are not eligible to be returned unless faulty. Items purchased with a discount code (excluding welcome codes) are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please send an email to hello@thesoakedfolk.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns Postage
The Soaked Folk does not cover the cost of return postage, unless our team has confirmed the item is faulty.
The Soaked Folk is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to The Soaked Folk. In the case of a missing package, if the package was not sent tracked a return will not be offered.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at hello@thesoakedfolk.com.au including a description and photos of the fault.
Online Store Credit
Online store credit is issued in the form of a discount code and is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Online store credit can only be used on www.thesoakedfolk.com.au and cannot be redeemed for cash.
