Our warehouse is based in Hobart, Tasmania.

How long before my order is shipped?

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location; however, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal service disruptions. If you need your order in a hurry, we offer express shipping.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping. Standard shipping is $10. Express shipping is $15.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

In the rare event that your order goes missing, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

What is your returns policy?

We offer exchanges or online store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging for the return to be accepted. Return shipping costs need to be covered by you, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. Items purchased during flash sale events and promotions are not eligible to be returned unless faulty. More information on our returns policy can be found here.

Why The Soaked Tote?

The Soaked Tote was designed to be the only wet and dry bag you will ever need. With its multiple easily accessible waterproof pockets separating your wet and dry items, it is the perfect solution for travel, sport, gym, swim or anywhere you get wet on the move. No need for multiple bags and no more wet clothes!

The outer shell is water resistant. The lining is waterproof.

Does The Soaked Tote meet airline carry-on luggage requirements in Australia?

Yes!

How should I look after my bag?

To ensure the longevity of your bag, we suggest using a cold gentle machine wash with a mild detergent. However, as frequent machine washing may affect the bag’s water resistance over time, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and only machine washing when it’s necessary. We discourage tumble drying, wringing, soaking, bleaching, dry cleaning or ironing. For optimal results, air dry the bag on a flat surface in the shade with all the pockets open.

What are the towels made from?

All our towels are made from 100% recycled polyester. The microfibre waffle fabric is quick drying, lightweight, compact, ultra absorbent and sand free.

What sizes are available?

We offer two towel sizes - 160 x 80 cm and 80 x 50 cm.

Do the towels come with a carry bag?

Yes, all our towels come with a handy drawstring pouch.

How do I care for my towel?

To maintain the quality of your towel we recommend a cold machine wash and line drying in the shade. Do not soak or bleach and avoid fabric softeners as it can reduce the absorbency of the towel over time.

What are the toiletry bottles made from?

Our toiletry bottles are made from 100% recycled materials and are BPA free.

What size are the toiletry bottles?

Our toiletry bottles hold 125 ml and are 12 cm high.

Do the toiletry bottles come with labels?

Yes. Labels include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleanser, toner, moisturiser, body lotion, sunscreen, hand cream, hand wash, hand sanitiser and mouthwash.
